We arrived Saturday night and it was no problem getting inside even though the reception was closed. We just rang a bell and was connected to another hotel which gave us the code for entering and finding the key cards in a safe box. Generelly we had a very good stay. It was a good room for 2 adults and two children (they slept in a sofa bed). The kitchenette was a really good thing, which allowed us to make small meals and have food in the fridge for packed lunches. The breakfast was well sorted and there was enough for everybody. If we should mention one thing it is that the breakfast eating area was too small. We sometimes had to wait for a table (only few minutes) or sit in the sofa or the conference room.

We had some problems with checking in on a holiday because there was no one at the front desk, everything was straightened out and we had a good stay.

We had a problem with towels and bedsheets - the rooms were booked for 4 people each, but beds were made for three. After calling to the neigbour StayAt Hotel, the problem was solved quickly and we were told where to get the necessary things for the rest of us.
