Aleph Boscolo Hotel Rome Guest Reviews
very nice staff and good location near metro station. Free wifi in lobby but you have to pay for Internet connection in the room

Very nice. Clean. Great location. Friendly staff. Very helpful. Rooms are decent size, especially for Rome.

The Boscolo has the most tasteless, over-the-top decor ever. Dark, gloomy reds and blacks, absurd artefacts everywhere, and all with a great air of pretentiousness. But there is no bell hop when you arrive, no wi-fi in the rooms ( and the DSL cable doesn't work), no plug in the bathtub, an absurdly "modern" sink that splashes water, an overhead shower that doesn't work (only a hand-held one with so much pressure that it's like holding a machine gun), no business center... Need I go on? To be avoided!

Very nice decor and top notch service (very helpful) we loved it and was a great choice for our honeymoon! As would be expected the place was pricey (A cup of tea 10 euros!!) but this is a 5* Hotel.

The hotel classes itself as a 5 star hotel. It is not a 5 star hotel by any streth of the imagination. I would class it as a 4 star. The rooms are small; our bathroom was showing signs of wear and tear eg mould round the tiles; the bathroom facilities were not 5 star. The pool was really just a glorified jacuzzi and the gym was very basic. Having said that it was ideally located and our three teenage children liked it because there were PS3's in the common area that they could play on!!
