Location is right at CBD, 5 minutes walk to Auckland Tower. Parking is an issue, there is no onsite parking. I ended paying $58 for an overnight parking at Wilson Parking. Suggested not to drive if you intend to stay in this hotel.

A very small room with floor space only for bags that restricted space even more.Only one lift working. Arrived early and directed to place bags in pay for locker. these lockers had a 3 hour paid period and we planned to return in about 5 hours so not really suitable. When we found our 2 bags would not fit in 1 locker we were given a free storage space. Staff ok in general. Room clean. Problem with main light that was fixed. No cuttlery , plates, pots etc supplied for use in kitchen. 2 star rating is generous!

friendly enough place and very central if thats what you want. website a little miss leading. parking is provided but at an extra cost in a parking building close by. Breakfast doesn't come included with the room but is also an additional cost. Room highly cramped. Comes with a kitchenet...but no jug to make tea....no plates, no cutlery no pans etc etc cheap price cheap result

very small, but adequate. Had great views of the city. The elevator took forever each time you wanted to use it.

Location close to everything this was a Saturday night No hand towel or face cloth no plates, knives or forks they can be hired min $20.00. Alot of noise till about 1.30am from streets below Very clsean room but watch out for shower as the water takes a bit of time to drain from open floor.
