We stayed for 3 nights from May14.. After 6 pm , there is no one at the reception... No heating system in the room at night... and was freezing cold. When we told the receptionist the following morning, she said they did not turn on the heating system as it is SUMMER !!! real funny as the temp was below 10C... I saw other guest complaining by placing a note on the reception too.

Great location in the old part of town & near the river - beautiful city. Comfortable room & quiet.Helpfull staff. Get the Saltzburg card for cheap sight seeing.

The room could do with some new furniture and a lighter colour carpet. otherwise quite a comfortable stay. our room was facing the street and next to the church. the church starts ringing about 6am but we plan to be up early so it didn't really bother us. staffs were friendly and the location is very good just a short walk to everything.

It is a friendly, well-run hotel with ideal location. We were particularly satisfied with the breakfast and the comfortable beds.
