Very clean, helpful staff and a great location. The room was a bit small but adequate given that we didn't spend much time there.

A very special jewel of a hotel; sparkling clean and new interior, quiet and cosy---perfect for avoiding Venice's crowds at the end of the day. Internet connections only (no client-use computer);fabulous breakfast buffet served in nearby hotel. Hard to find at first (not as close to the vaporetto as suggested), but tucked into a secluded location that welcomes you after your hectic activities.

This hotel is centrally located between San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge. Very good buffet breakfact arrangement with a restaurant a few paces away. Big variety of foods and drinks to select from.

Excellent place to stay as it is very central even though breakfast is served off site the hotel were breakfast was served was very nice and a large range of foods available. The facilities of the hotel were adequate and the staff very friendly. Our room was spacious very clean and acommodating. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Venice.
