Location
The Apex London Wall Hotel is just a stone's throw from Liverpool Street mainline Station - as well as being just a short walk from Moorgate underground station. This makes all London attractions easily accessible - but there are many other things to do close by for instance shopping at Petticoat Lane Market or enjoying a drink on Brick Lane./p>

I really enjoyed my stay here at the Apex London Wall. Hotel is clean, well kept and quiet. Free internet was helpful. Modern appointments - lighting decor, etc., were very good. On the weekends, the neighborhood seems to die down as the Moorgate area seems to be mostly office buildings. There were not any destination restaurants or large residential communities nearby. So if you want to do something, your best bet is to take the tube. Friendly service. There is not much to do in the hotel, save the compact but well equipped gymnasium in the basement. I did not dine at the hotels restaurant, nor did I order room service.

The only complaint I have is about the booking of the hotel. I made reservation and got my confirmation for the 7-9 Copthall ave location but the hotel records showed that my reservation was for a different location. After 20 minutes of politicking they let us move out reservation to the hotel we were at...the same hotel address on my confirmation from Orbitz. You would think it was just a simple error but my other friends went thru the same exact thing at the same hotel. Not sure if it was Orbitz mistake or Apex Hotel mistake but it was very nerve racking after traveling for 6 hours and to find out my friends went thru the same thing really irritated me. As far as the hotel itself...excellent. The beds are very firm but you can expect that in 60% of European hotels. The staff was very helpful and extremely nice. The hotel is smack dab in the middle of the financial district so on the weekend it is very dead and only a couple of food options available (McDonald being one). Three train stations are within walking distance (5min, 7 min and 11min).

Not a single thing missing. Staff was amazing and friendly. Absolutely staying here again for my next visit. Could not ask for a better hotel or trip. Made my vacation very memorable.

A very modern and clean hotel with friendly service. Free wifi and local phone calls were provided which was great. Close to Liverpool St station. Only negative was there weren't many restaurants/ cafes open on weekends or business after hours, nearby.
