The location was actually good if you think about restaurants etc. But the rooms were located a few meters from one of Berlins busiest railway. The noise level was a little bit to high in my opinion. The staff however was very freindly.

Had to change room after first night. I had only had one bag so could not unpack as I was also carrying a laptop in it. No lifts (was on the 3rd floor). No TV in the rooms. No washing facilities in the rooms - had to use communal toilets and washing facilities on the corridor. Breakfast (extra cost) in a restraunt next door. Art - nothing very interesting.

We are a couple, stayed in a hotel 3 days, and liked it a lot. Location is great, lot’s of restaurants in the area. Train station is in 5 min walk distance, that gives u an access to any destination and airport, personnel is very friendly and helpful! You can find some nice designers solutions in the hotel interior, amasing cosy court yard. And it’s very clean! I would definitely recommend it to someone who looks for value and location. PS: don’t make calls from your room; it may be very expensive, as the price isn’t specified clearly for the eservice.

For people who enjoy the unusual and are willing to pay a bit more for it (although the rates here are Berlin-standard.) Very clean rooms and high quality linens! I liked that breakfast rate was extra so that we could go elsewhere for people-watching. Location very good for any activity in Berlin. You must book very early to choose a specific room - they are all different. I will stay here again.

The staff were super helpful especially when I had an early morning checkout. The location is great so very easy to get out and about in this wonderful city. My room was ok but not really my taste in art. Nonetheless I'm very keen to go back and see what style my next room will be.
