Asterisk Hotel Amsterdam Guest Reviews
Great location and very helpful staff. Howerver, our reservation was mixed up giving us a double room instead of the twin we had booked. We have to have a twin. The hotel was full so even though the room was tiny the management put a cot bed in the room for us. We couldn't move or open the cupboard BUT we were very pleased that they worked this out. Amsterdam was full for a public holiday. The shared bathroom was clean but other guests kept flooding it.

This was a very pleasant hotel to stay at. In April it was a bit pricey but then everything in Amsterdam is pricey! It is in an old building with narrow steep stairways. However there is a lift, albeit small. We found the place to be very neat, clean and tidy. The included breakfast was adequate. It was a rather normal European continental buffet breakfast. I would be more than happy to stay there again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

In the hotel offer there is not too clean said that the toilets and shower room are shared on the coridor for all rooms on the floor. And on the groundfloor, there even aren´t toilet and shower room at all.
