Absolut not a 4 star hotel - only one lift - no safebox - very old tv with bad signal- but god lokation and very friendly starf.

Location excellent, very near to Zoogarten station, U Bahn, S Bahn buses and airport transport. Bedroom spacious, Bathroom likewise. Breakfast very good, staff very friendly.

Very comfortable well located hotel by Kurfuerstendammstrasse. Magnificent entrance and comfortable rooms although the shower room was a bit of a tight squeeze. The breakfast was excellent and very varied to suit all tastes. Would certainly stay there again

The fridge was not working throughout our 5 night stay at the hotel. They did not provide a kettle in the beginning and our rooms were not cleaned the first day. Staff was extremely rude when we requested for a change in room replying "why should we change your room". The only upside was that it is centrally located next to all the shops and the train station is just a min walk away.
