excellent stables bar , good food at a keen price, good service could have been time of year as most were students good atmosphere, again time of year sunny , hot weather , lots of people

Nice quiet location but within easy access of Beamish Museum Ideal setting Golf Club nearby Staff very friendly and helpful The room we occupied had recent bathroom update and was very clean

Lovely hotel, nice staff, bit pricey, considering no swimming pool, gym facilities. Great for the Beamish Museum. Room was supposed to be one of the top range, it was ok, did expect something a bit grandier.
