Despite having previously registered my transaction etc my money was extracted (not just a swipe) in full before I had viewed the room - which I thought unusual - I was told it was company policy of the Best Western Premier Shaftesbury Piccadilly Hotel (and although they claim no responsibility and have 'shafted' the Shaftesbury Group - also and conjointly Precis Properties London Subsidiary and Headquarters - T/A Shaftesbury Hotels London ); Interchange and Consort Hotels Ltd (T/A Best Western Hotels GB) and London Premier Hotels Ltd). As the result of my 2011 experience and post-experience of the collective Shaftesbury/Best Western/London Premier Hotels, I would discourage all others from engaging the said services until some reconciliation of discriminatory, health and other matters and public improvement of the minute size and cleanliness of the rooms occurs. There will be interesting times ahead leading to the Olympics and particularly the Paralympics 2012 as I discuss options with my country men and women,

this is a clean, stylish hotel which is wonderfully central. We appreciated the upgrade which made for a comfortable stay.

A compact hotel in the heart of London. Perfect for access to the theatre and easy to get to from Heathrow.
