I was greeted in an efficient and friendly manner. My every need catered for, despite only staying the one night. I had a tasty snack served in my room; a good night's sleep and woke refreshed and in time for my early morning ferry. I thought it was excellent value; five star service at a very reasonable price, I will recommend to all my friends and should the opportunity arise use the hotel again, thank you

Located directly across the street from the waterfront, and a short walk to the center of town, one can't beat this hotel's location. However, when we booked, we were assured of an oceanview room, since we were told that all "executive rooms", have oceanviews and when we arrived we were check into a side room. To the hotels credit, they were willing to move us, but when I saw the oceanview room, it was inferior to our room, since it contained a small pullout sofa bed that occupied most of the room (there were three of ).
