Best Western Framingham Guest Reviews
Overall we had a good experience @ this hotel. We like to stay at Best Westerns. The bar/restaurant at the hotel had great beer & food. The continental breakfast at the hotel was ok. We have had better at other Best Westerns. We did not use the pool..mainly because we got in late..but the water didn't look that great either. We liked the location. Lots of shopping nearby & Boston was only 20-30 mins away. We would stay there again.

Hotel is in a good location and the customer service was excellant. The room was nice but the hallways and elevators could use some updating.

The hotel was very quiet when we were there. The staff was kind of slow but very friendly. The pub in the hotel had very good food. The breakfast included in the room was very good and plentiful. The room was very large for the price. We had a bad view but good views are available.

On my way to Boston on business. Had a beer with a friend in the restaurant attached to the hotel.

Clean and good house keeping. However the non-smoking room still has strong cigarettes odour.
