Best Western Princes Marine Hotel Brighton Hove Guest Reviews
A pleasant hotel with a fab fab gastro pub called the ginger pig within a few mins walk and a great organic shop/ restaurant 3 mins away! hotel was pleasant and the rooms were big with a good view. Yes the decor is 70s/80s but good quality, comfy beds and good value. would stay again!

This place is in an excellent location, Hove is much nicer than Brighton, but its close enough to walk to. The hotel is directly opposite the English Channel and our room had an excellent view. We also had a lovely 4 poster bed, but the mattress was pretty shocking (very saggy). The bar downstairs was very nice, the barman was chatty and friendly and the meal was lovely.

We had a pleasant stay at the Princess Marine although it started badly when we were given a room at the rear when we had booked one with a sea view. This I hasten to add was not the hotels fault but the booking agents, and the receptionist did all she could to resolve the situation. I dont know her name but she was brilliant and with some juggling found us a sea facing room. The room was comfortable and very warm thankfully as it was February. There were plenty of compimentary teas and coffee etc. provided and a lcd tv. We only had the full breakfast once as it was a little expensive we thought at around £12.50. However the bar food menu was really good and very reasonable with a good choice of meals. The chef provided huge portions too! In the end we didnt bother eating out because the Brighton restaurants get very busy and can be expensive. The Hotel also has a very good restaurant
