The decor was a little old and tired but the hotel was comfortable for a short stay

The hotel staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them the hotels facilities were very good, we stayed for four nights over the easter period as a group of 21 and had a great time so much so that we are looking to return again at the end of June the hotels location was excellent just 15 minutes from the airport, Bunratty is a great location for visiting the sights of county Clare

Great food. Bring your own shower gel or use the soap! Plenty of shampoo provided though!

room size and decor was ok - but - TV didn't work for duration of the 3 day stay, trouser press was broken so we had to ask and wait for the availability of an iron, gents toilets in the reception area were disgusting, 2 out of the 3 mornings we waited 20 minutes for breakfast while tables were being reset - not impressed

Stay away from here . Run down even by Irish standards. Stay in hotel across the road called the Bunratty hotel. Staff were even embarrased by the state of the place. Some rooms had no hot water. Very cold at night in the room.Very Shabby no money being spent on the place for years. Stay awayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy..
