no lift.the room had a severe stink of damp. when i pointed this out they replied "all rooms on g/f in venice smelt" totally untrue of course this is not a 3* hotel. even hotel said they were 2* which i doubt as window had to be open all night to contain the damp smell for hygene purposes.give a miss

Bit difficult to find (between to vaparetto stops) but well worth the time to find it... Outstanding all around. Great hosts and great place to stay while in Venice.

More a guest house than a hotel; it has no public rooms and no proper dining room. Very friendly and helpful. English speaking staff. Fairly expensive but this is Venice!
