Breakfast is okay. It is a nice hotel but you need to catch boat to get there. If you will stay Venice for several days, it will be a good choice.

Nice new hotel with nice modern rooms (with exception of single rooms which are really too small) and very pleasant staff. I stayed 5 days and really appreciated the swimming pool and the rest by the pool after or in between visits to Venise. The transport to and from the Lido boat terminal is not a big problem as the buses are frequent day and night. I would stay there again .

Very good location to visite Venice protected of mass global tourism. Nice staff offering a very good service.

This hotel is newly build and is very clean and modern. The hotel is a bit far from Lido city center and also Venice.
