The hotel has an excellent position for those guests wanting to shop and be close to the Mall - couldn't get any closer! The deluxe queen room was a good size but rather shabby. The bed was comfortable. What apppeared to be an internet connection was out of use. The safe in the wardrobe was out of order and appeared to have been so for some time. The bathroom was not up to standard. There was a problem with the toilet not flushing and the shower/bath drain semi blocked - both problems fixed by the time we left after 2 nights. The whole room needed a refurbish to match other hotels charging similar prices. The dining room was worth visiting - good meals although this time our choice was wrong for us.

Had an executive suite and it was excellent. Only complaint was we didnt have a bottle opener!
