Chisun Grand Sapporo Guest Reviews
Good room - bathroom especially nice, almost as big as the room itself. Some difficulty communicating with the staff, as there is all over Japan. Room was also quite warm and the aircon heated it instead of cooling it. Still good hotel.

The hotel room had a nice refrigerator and an ice bucket on top of the refrigerator. But the refrigerator did not make ice nor was there an ice machine (that I knew about) in the hotel. I recommend that they put an ice machine in the hotel.

A very nice, modern hotel, with comfortable room. Very clean. Staff was helpful, within limits of their English (which varied.) Location is a bit out of the way...10 minute walk to metro, 15 minute walk to the "nightlife" of Susukino. I would recommend it as good value for money.

The room was very nice. The location was great! Very close walking distance to downtown, and great restaurants. When I go back there in a couple months, I will be staying there again. One thing is that the staff could learn a little more English but they were very helpful and tried to help me with all my questions.

The Phonician Plaza hotel was very nice. It was a little bit of a walk to the subway station, but other than that, the rooms were nice and newly renovated.
