i would stay here again. Nothing special but clean and cheap and good area for just needing some place to sleep. Would be nice if the rooms had microwave and refrigerator but they didn't even have coffee maker...very simple but clean.

If you stay in This hotel total of under $55, thats great deal. silent fresh rooms, and even they have a good breakfast.there is also a chinese buffet in there.It's next to Sfo.10 miles to downtown SF.This is my 3 rd time here. Suggestion:they should offer free wifi.

I'll try to stay as neutral as possible... I was on a low budget visiting the city with my daughter, so this hotel fit my needs perfectly.. The young lady that checked us in was very nice and gave us a room facing the "garden" (more like open area with grass). Everything was fine, the room was decent and clean, and I couldn't have asked more for my money. The 2nd day was a mess however, there was no hot water, and when I called the front desk for help, it took them 30 min to send in maintenance. I was patient. He told me we might need to change rooms, and was gonna try to figure out if it could be fixed. An hour passed, called front desk to get an update, she told me she would call me back... never did. I tried again, this time with less patience (not rude), and she told me the hotel was completely booked and wasn't sure if she could get us another room, but if it was necessary she WOULD give us another room... hello? does that make sense? I asked for a time estimate because I could tell if I didn't press the matter, she would leave me hanging for awhile. In the end we got another room, it ended up being a crappier mattress and noisier because of some pipes. Total amount elapsed before the issue was resolved 2 hrs... still I only paid $56 for the night, so I sucked it up. I would stay here again, if my budget is tight, plus it is not too far from downtown SF area. Also it does NOT have free internet. What bothered me the most was the bad costumer service, if the older lady had handled it more nicely I would've understood.

We were on a road trip of North Cal and put up at this place for a night. Was good value for money!!!
