City Apartments Newcastle Guest Reviews
Enjoyable stay, right in Newcastle city centre, very clean but could have done with a lick of paint. Quite noisy too, a very loud clock chimes every 15 mins throughout the night.

This was a fantastic place to stay while visiting Newcastle. The appartment itself was excellent, very modern and stylish. The young girl that checked us in was brilliant, friendly and very imformative. All in all a brilliant place, i will dfinielty return and recommend the City appartments.

Excellent value. Really nice apartments. I've already recommended it to a number of friends.

I have rated the facilites as bad as we had no hot water, which was really inconvenient for 5 girls getting ready for a night out in Newcastle. I have also rated the service bad as we had no help in getting the hot water working. Even worse was the fact that I recieved a call the night before telling me that our room had been double booked and we were upgraded to the Quayside apartments, when we arrived at the Quayside they did not have any record of our booking, so we had to find our way back to Nothumbaland Street. This was a complete waste of time - although our taxi fares were refunded. This was a real shame as the location (Northumbland St) couldn't have been better, really convenient for the Metro shops, restaurants and bars.
