Fantastic location, friendly and professional staff, good sized rooms and overall excellent value for money. The room didn't have a fridge which was the only suggestion I had but apparantly most of them have them in anyway. Would definiely recommend.

Clean, comfortable and functional. Nice finishing touches in room with tea, coffee etc. Staff friendly and helpful at reception. Would not recommend to people who have trouble with stairs as it was quite a climb to our room but ok if your fit!

Superd location and great staff and the security just brill. Just 1 small point alot of stairs so not for those with bad legs etc

The overall feel of the City Express is a bit institutional (strong smells of bleach in corridors and lots of lino) but the 'apartments' themselves are fine. Bathrooms are not luxurious, but are kept very clean. The shower in my first room stopped working but I was quickly moved to another. It is a very functional place to stay, but perfectly comfortable. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful so I felt well looked after.
