Reception staff were friendly but not good at providing information on transport into town only offered taxis or airport bus when the bus-tram option is easy and cheap

Excellent Service - Friendly staff. Hotel just needs a little updating/decorating.

One of the reasons we chose the hotel was because we wished to eat there on the Saturday evening of our stay before a Sunday morning flight. On arrival we found that the restaurant was closed at weekends and we had to walk about 15 minutes to a Buffalo Grill which was the only restaurant open in the vicinity. The fact that we got caught in a thunderstorm on the way back did not help!!

The airport is less than five minutes drive away, so ideal for the early morning flight. A very quiet area, suitable for an overnight stay with a novel for company.
