Even though we were only there for a short time on a stopover flying from Azores to Arizona, we enjoyed the hotel and great restaurant on the premise which was nice since it was raining.

The website would have me believe that parking is included during my trip. I also got no points during my stay for registering through a travel site - I would NOT do it again. It is better to go through the hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel twice in two years and both times had issues with the hotel's shuttle. The shuttles run every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, but if there is a shuttle full of guests waiting before the scheduled departure time, (ie. going to the airport) the hotel will not send it early and then send another shuttle on the hour or half hour. Further, twice late at night I called the hotel and requested pickup. Although I was told to expect the shuttle in 20 minutes or less, both times it did not arrive for forty minutes. This last trip I called the hotel three times and was told the delay was due to "traffic". Hotel is clean, although there are few amenities in the rooms--lots of tiny pillows on bed, no shower caps, and soap/shampoo dispensers rather than individual bottles. Not a really big deal. Complimentary coffee bar. I won't stay here again, because the location is too difficult without a better shuttle situation. However the hotel is reasonably priced compared to most everything else in Boston and Cambridge.
