Do not compare to hotels in US cities. For London, this hotel is great for value and location. Yes, sound proofing leaves a little to be desired, but free breakfast and internet, clean rooms, and other than noise of banging doors if you have some particularly noisy neighbours, I didn't think there was much issue of noise from inside other rooms. Steps away from Victoria station and many theatres and restaurants or places for a quick meal. A great pub across the road as well as a cafe next door.

Right outside the back of Victoria Station so good central location (but not very glamorous!). My room was at the back so noise was not a problem. Room pretty basic but clean. Breakfast dissapointing - better to save the money and eat in a nice cafe.

I felt this was overpriced for what we got. We had similar accommodation just down the road at the [other hotel] for less. The room was a decent size but the double bed was small. Bathroom was small as expected in a London hotel. Very close to Victoria station.

Well situated for Gatwick airport and the centre of London.Basic room but clean and allright for a good night's rest. Helpful persons and friendly. Breakfast was very limited in choices.

Clean serviceable hotel in central location. Only issue breakfast was very scarce particularly for a diabetic.
