I have a disability, and walked in with a cane. No help was available with my bags, though there was an elevator. The room was a tiny shoe box, with furniture that was not very comfortable. It was hard to figure out the amenities. No signs about whether dinner was available or not. No restroom on the lobby floor. Staff was pleasant but uninterested. Food was not very good-- microwave heated frozen quiche, for instance. One towel in the bathroom, and no bathmat, though the shower was designed to wet the floor. I wanted inexpensive and I got it. But it was safe and clean.. Convenient to the airport too. Just barely

Location is perfect. Shuttle service is working very well.

It was clean and convenient (as a shuttle bus was provided from and to the airport) but there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and the room was noisy as it was close to the corridor and a bit stuffy (and aggravated my asthma). The staff were very helpful and breakfast was included. There was an internet terminal at the front counter that guests could use.
