Location
Located between De Munt and the Dam, (where the Royal Palace is), with canal tours beginning right out the front entrance of the hotel, the Cordial Hotel Amsterdam is in the heart of all of Amsterdam's most popular attractions.
Rooms
All 50 rooms come with telephone, TV, and hairdryer. The facilities are basic and simple, but the service and atmosphere is vibrant and friendly.
Restaurant
Enjoy a breakfast buffet overlooking the Rokin, or enjoy a casual drink among friends at the bar. In the summertime you can take your drink out to the terrace, where you have views of the Dam. Many restaurants are within walking distance from the Cordial Hotel.
General
The hotel does not have internet. The KLM shuttle service makes it easy for you to get to and from the airport.

Great location close to all the things you want to do in Amsterdam. Small room, but we only needed it for sleeping :)

The hotel is very central, right on Rokin's main strip. Our bedroom was right at the front so a bit boomtastic at night, but we stayed at the weekend. The hotel decor is tired and our room was a bit shabby, but very clean, and maid serviced every morning. A very, very comfortable bed and pillows. I slept really well, noise aside. Breakfast was a basic continental but fresh plus lovely coffee. All in all a bit expensive for what it was but I decided I was paying a little extra for the location, which if you're there to shop, pub and do the sights of Amsterdam, it's perfectly good.

Great friendly staff, always helpful...location was good too; easily accessible to everything...expected a bit more from the room itself in that it was bit tired and felt it a bit over-priced, but as I say, location and staff good, which makes a difference. Breakfast good too.
