Hotel was lovely very central and the staff were very helpful. We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite and overall this hotel represented excellent value for money.

Cordial Theater Hotel Vienna is a very nice hotel with very good standards and facilities (double room with Kitchen, refrigerator, normal space in rooms) helpful people and with perfect location. We are giving our whole hearted recommendation to this Hotel.

The hotel is acceptable and the staff are very kind and helpful. However I think that this hotel does not deserve the four stars it has, according to the size of the rooms (too small for this category) at which we stayed and, very specially, because of the lack of air conditioning. We were first assigned to a room just under the roof, which only had a big fan on the ceiling and an additional smaller fan. It was like staying in a sauna! We had the impression of being in a real third world hotel. But two days later they were kind enough to assign as a different room in the second floor, still not air conditioned but bearable because of not being immediately under the roof.
