Staff very friendly and helpful, hotel was clean but lift was out of order during our stay. Hotel car park very useful, location for Brighton 30min+ walk mainly level

The hotel is actually in Hove, not Brighton but it's only a 20 minute walk. Hotel was nice, staff all very nice and the room was better than I expected.

Courtlands Hotel is a nice hotel about a 2 minute walk to the seafront. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful - rooms were nicely laid out, spacious and the en-suite was clean and tidy. Location wise was good, although is a bit of a walk to the centre of town / the pier etc..... however can be done in 20 minutes and its a nice walk along the sea front. All in all a good hotel and location and would go back again.

Nice hotel in a good location in Hove, pleasant walk to Brighton city centre. Quite expensive however.
