the room smells strange, fixture is outdated, bathroom door trim fell apart, tub stopper not working, and no refrigerator. We stayed 3 Courtyard in a row, this is the worst. When check out, we expressed our disatisfaction, they said, they can't do anything as this is a pre-pay, so Mgr said, she will send us a $500 worth of voucher. But actually,she only sent a one night worth of voucher. Feel like been cheated again.. one month later, I realizedd that courtyard charged two rooms to my credit card for no reason. talked to Orbitz and they confirm Courtyard double charged me and told me to rest assure that it will be taken care in high priority, however, two weeks passed and still no answer. I am even more disappointed lesson learned - 1. never do pre-pay booking, like I did thru Orbitz 2. stay away courtyard like this location

We needed a hotel in the Marlboro area after vacationing and visiting friends & family in VT, MA, RI and Cape Cod. This was our last evening and we were meeting friends for lunch next morning before heading to the airport. The front desk staff were extremely helpful in recommending local eateries and even printed out specific directions so we wouldn't get lost. When we checked out late morning, the coffee had already been removed but the front desk staff made sure coffee, cream & sweeteners were immediately brought out to give us the fuel for our last leg of the journey. They went out of their way to insure our needs were met leaving us with a better then average impression of this Courtyard Marriott.

The room was fine. The hotel staff was was very proffesional and helpful in providing directions right to the door to family in Boxborough.

I got a great price with [...]. The problem I've had with these deals, though, is that many hotels will stick you in their employees' room. It's the room where the employees crash. Well this Courtyard stuck me in their room, and the toilet was covered in feces and urine. They gave me a regular room when I complained, but I see that filth everytime I close my eyes now.
