Frankly, not much to choose from in the area -- this one is better than the others, like the Sheraton. Construction forced the restaurant up to the top floor, where the service was willing, and the menu interesting -- food a bit of a disappointment after getting my hopes up. I will definitely stay here again -- I've stayed at the others!

To give them some leeway, the Crowne Plaza Natick is undergoing renovations, but currently there is absolutely no common spaces...nowhere to wait to meet anyone or have a side conversation outside of your room. That's an issue in a hotel that caters to business travelers. The rooms are comfortable, but there were areas where it seems like some of the items (lamps for instance) have been used hard and show it.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Once you check in you don't have to drive anywhere. They will take you where you want to go, The rooms are awesome. Feels like a 5 star but at a 4 star price. Staff went out of their way to help you in any way they could.

Lovely hotel with flatscreen tv in room. Nice lobby-atrium bar. The hotel is on a boulevard with a median strip so I spent a lot of time doing U-turns. I walked to Starbucks, Diner, Dunkin Donuts, Ben & Jerry's Ice cream, & Indian restaurant.
