Great, comortable beds. I like the added touch of pillow spray and aromatherapy roll-ons for your pulse points to help you get to sleep. Definitely worth staying here if you have to be at the Birmingham NEC for any reason. Plus, I had reserved a room with a queen and sofa bed but they upgraded me to two double beds for no extra charge.

The only bad comment I would have about my stay there was the showers never stayed the same temp, they would fluctuate between normal, very hot then very cold. Other than that, vey nice staff (Reception), nice clean room & very nice location.
