Location
The Standseilbahn Interlaken Heimwehfluh is within easy reach of the Crystal and so are the very popular slopes of the Jungfrau. During the winter the snow sure runs mean there is never a lack of snow, and during the summer the train ride through the mountains has spectacular views of the Eiger, and even the Black Forest.

The room and bed size was small but bearable enough. The location was close from the station , 5 minutes' walk. The hotel staff was kind. When I asked the time schedule of trains, she gave me a printout . It seemed to be popular to the group tours of Korea and Japan.

I was nice to stay in crystal hotel.very convenient to railway station.staff very friendly specially Mr.Hugo,he is nice and very friendly guy.He give you a good guide what to see and where to go.He try to give you all comfort you want.Broadly speaking I will recommend this hotel to all readers.Thanks

we stayed there for one night but did not had a very good experience. hotel was okay with a good location, just 5 min walk from Interlaken West railway station. facilities were really poor, bedding was not that clean and the worst part was there was no hot water in taps in morning. But overall it was okay to live in compared to Interlaken as a village and not a city.

This was close to the train station and staffs at the reception were very nice. They helped us in giving idea of which places to go to get a good weather and enjoy the day. The staffs were very good.
