Excellent location. 1 min walk from Green park tube station. Clean apartments. Very impolite & rude hotel staff when i refused to pay a 50pounds deposit which was not written on the terms of the booking.

We have not cold and worme water at all , during 2 days!!!

Good value for money, but a bit run down. Plus side is the rooms are huge. Hard to find so much space at a hotel in London, for that price.

The location is very good and the rooms are spacious except for the kitchen which is basically a converted cupboard. However the large rooms are chilly even for summer and the noise from the delivery trucks in the street annoying because of the lack of double glazing. The apartment could have have been made much classier by providing decent curtains; they seemed to be old tablecloths which didn't even cover the full length of the windows.
