Slaley Hall is 10 kilometres from Hexham railway station and around an hour's drive from Newcastle main rail station. The hotel is easily accessible by road being close to the A1, and is only 30 minutes by car to Newcastle International airport. Hexham Old Jaol is an interesting historical attraction worth a visit situated in the pretty nearby town.

The hotel was absolutely fabulous, the rooms were very spacious and beautifully furnished. The facilities of the hotel were ideal although I have never played golf at Slaley I will return to play golf one day. The staff are all friendly and the location of the hotel is nicely located providing privacy and relaxation if you just want to wind down.

The hotel was very pleasant. Staff very helful and polite. Will consider having my wedding at this hotel in the near future. Grounds and all the facilities first class.
