A good basic pitstop. Had trouble locking the door. There's a knack to it. It's right opposite the railway station so very handy for rail travellers.

The hotel is located in a great spot opposite the Leeds Train Station, literally 2 minutes walk from the tracks. It is also a short walk to the most of the bus stops, so for travelling around the area it is ideal. The layout is a bit strange - reception on 3rd floor, my room was down 4 corridors, up a 2nd lift and then down a 5th corridor. There was a lot of street noise over the weekend at night. The room was spacious and kept very clean. Staff were firendly and efficient. The only internet access is a terminal near reception - 1 pound for 20 minutes - no wireless.

Had a bad expeience no heating in rooms. Will not be staying ther again.

Beds a bit uncomfortable and itchy. Noisy due to location near train station. Friendly staff.

A basic hotel - but clean rooms and bedding. The hotel is run down but it is a good place to stay if you are on a budget and want to be central to Leeds. We had a good nights sleep, good breakfast.
