Staff at reception were really good - very helpful and friendly. The only criticism I have is about the food available at the bar upstairs. Given the wonderful food we had had in Barcelona, the choice was limited. Also, when we went up, there were no staff there and we had to go back down to the front desk to check

Small quality hotel with very good customer service. A personal touch and good location only round the corner from Las Ramblas and across the road from the marina. Marina is well worth a visit. It has a good indoor shopping centre and eating places.

The hotel is in an excellent location and service is very friendly. Book a room with a view of the port.

It was disappointing to find that our room was very tiny and dark with a double bed when we had requested twin beds. We arranged an upgrade to a junior suite which was satisfactory. On the whole the staff were very helpful and did their best for us. Overall the hotel was lovely and we enjoyed our stay there.
