Ideally located in the old part of Venice, the hotel is placed very close to the Grand Canal and about 500 metres from the Piazzale Roma.

A very drab room. The bedroom walls were filthy and need a good clean. No mini-bar, only Italian channels on TV, air-con didn't work. There were some mosquitos in the room. Generally a bad experience! (the breakfast was nice though). I thought this hotel looked much nicer in the photos!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful which made up for the scaffolding which covered the front of the hotel and our windows!

Positives: Location - the hotel is right next to the train station. Overall, everything was pretty clean and in working order. Breakfast (other than tea/coffee) was ok too. Negatives: The shower cabin has seen its better days. There was no elevator/lift (we were on the 3rd floor and had luggage). Tea and coffee were machine made and tasted pretty badly. On balance, considering that we spent much more time outside and not in the hotel, it was a good choice for the price.

Good location, only 100m from S.Lucia station, big and clean room, prety good buffet breakfast, friendly staff. 15 min walking to Piazza S.Marco.

A nice hotel situated right next to the Venice train station... Since we stayed for only one night, didn't have much time to really experience it. Breakfast was ok (not many things for a buffet, but good food anyway), room cosy, and a good bathroom with a small shower. Well... to conclude - I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.
