Enrico Hotel London Guest Reviews
This really is a pretty unpleasant place to stay - I was lucky it was only for 1 night and just needed to somewhere to crash for the night. I feel genuinely sorry for any overseas tourists who accidently book this place. The rooms were tiny, smelly, dirty with hospital style beds. There was a shared toilet and the showers were 2 floors above my room - these featured an excellent collection of mould and human filth. A truly horrible experience that would not be suitable for anyone, even if it was £5 a night! You have been warned!

The poor facilities (my radiator kept breaking down on a cold winter's day) were made up for by the wonderful, friendly, helpful staff, who always came to my room in seconds to try to fix it.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It's only about 5-7 minutes walk from Victoria train/bus station. I would only stay for 1-2 nights as the place is in need of renovation and you can hear every movement from the rooms above.

Could do with a good overhall and up date. Carpets in the room very tatty, ok for one night would not want to stay any longer.

Our room was very tiny, and in the basement. There was a double bed & single bed, which were up against each other and also against the walls on either side, wall to wall beds, you had to get into bed from the foot of the bed. The bed was comfortable though, and the bathroom although small, was OK.
