Nice hotel with a friendly staff; certainly good for another visit. Visited in the meantime also Falkensteiner Maria Prague and this hotel I can also recommend.

Service is excellent. They have all information from lasts visits, you don't need to go through all paperwork again. Staff knows what's going on and anticipate good on it. I arrived late but still good have a meal and a sauna. Perfect.

This hotel is rated at 4*, but should only be a 3.5* at the maximum. While the common areas, breakfast & service were excellent; the beds were small & totally unsupportive. We could not get a restive sleep. Tiles in the bathroom could also use a good scrub. Inspite of this, I would still stay there again if I were in Vienna.
