Very good location e.g. close to waterfront, actiivities, "Old" Bergen, tourist information center, restaurants, etc. Hotel staff very cheerful, happy and helpful. Good value. Recommend for three star quality.

No free parking, and lousy information from the staff about it. Resulted in a ticket, which they were quick to deny any responsibility or information waiver about. Even though hotel amenities says parking.

To less information about facilities at the hotel and i was also missing information about Bergen Center and eating places,no information to find in the room or on the TV screen,(monitore).

We had a very good room, large & clean with a fantastic view. Fitness suite & sauna also good standard although bar was not. However the breakfast was disappointing, well below the standard of other hotels we stayed in in Norway (which were much cheaper). Service was poor, staff were not very helpful at all, very disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
