G.R. Louis Hotel Athens Guest Reviews
Not a 5 star hotel as stated in their brochure. Limited facilities (no wifi, gym, swimming pool, gym etc). Some of the furtnitures are old around the hotel and rooms (but still functional and clean). However, the rooms are quite large with a TV, airconditioning and a bath tub in the bathroom area instead of a shower. Quite clean (very well serviced daily). The location is perfect (safe, close to major areas - walking distance) not to mention the room pricing for which the value to price ratio you get is extremely high. I would highly recommend it and will actually use it in the future myself as well.

Rated as a 5 Star hotel it was short off some basics. i.e. No in room safe or trouser press. Also the decor nereds attenttion in the suite we had. The staff were efficient but not overley welcoming. The location is o.k. but not in the centre of Athens. You need the metro or taxi to the best attractions. We enjoyed our stay but the hotel was over rated, probably a 4 star rather than a 5.

The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. Location was perfect and the street is quiet.

Great hotel, small and very comfortable. Well designed and funky rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful where they could be. I would definately stay here again if I was in Athens.
