Grand Metropole Blackpool Town Centre Hotel Guest Reviews
This hotel is located in a great place; other than that it has several improvements to make. The TV doesn't work, no phone in the room or nearby corridor and no customer service.... had such a bad overnight stay, didn't even take breakfast. It is cheap but not cheerful.

The mold in shower room could be removed quite easily . The room was small and dark one wonders in the push for saving power, whether it will lead to more people going blind. The views of dirty roofs only. With only one small chairapart from bed not to comfortable Amitted for a further £20 per night proable a better room could have had obtained

My family and i were given rooms facing the Nellie Deans & Sanuk Clubs, you can hopefully imagine our shock that one of the clubs did not close until 4.30am, and then for another 30mins after it became a taxi rank right outside our windows, so we were not getting asleep until after 5pm. When we should of been out enjoying Blackpool we were catching up on our sleeep. It is certainly the worst experience Ihave had in a Grand Hotel and it has put us of coming to one again

Dinner was only seved until 7.45pm which we felt was too early to close. Food was buffet style with no a la carte which was disappointing. Still has an aura of Billy Butlin about the dining arrangements - lots of room for improvement here.
