Basic but I would do again - London not reknowned for good hotels and this was reasonable given the price. My room on the 7th floor was too hot in summer, but staff helped me into a better room. Very efficiant workforce here (eg breakfast etc)! Be prepared for a BiG hotel and loads of contiki buses of young people though. Location great!

I was pleasantly surprised by this clean, smart hotel. The room was a very good size, especially for London, and the staff were very keen to help. It was also very well situated for where we needed to be, and yet noise was not a problem at all. The only disappointment I had was that I paid just over £320 for a 2 night stay in February and discovered that this didn't include any breakfast. If we had wanted to pay extra for breakfast the price was £23 per person! So we went to Starbucks instead!

Would stay at this hotel again just 5 min walk from tube! very clean and well presented, no breakfast at hotel as v expensive, would recommend you give it a try

Very small bathroom, TV did not work the first day. Too many furnitures in the room. Very friendly staff
