H10 Lanzarote Princess Hotel Guest Reviews
Adequate

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Lanzarote Princess. The facilities are looking tierd and are in need over a make over, however I believe plans are in place to do this. I was very dissapointed to find that for two days out of my 7 day stay there was loud, disruptive drilling going on around the pool. This meant that the much needed relaxtion was greatly distrubed. I would hve liked to have been ade aware of this when I was booking as thi would have altered my decision in terms of te hotel I selected.

Hotel and its location were good but I thought overall that the hotel was a little jaded ie the carpets and general woodwork were worn and scuffed but other than that it was fine.

I have been to this hotel on many occassions over the last 24 years and I think it is about time it had a face lift. The room funiture has seen better days and the radio cabinet is the same ones as were in the rooms 24 years ago

Fortunately we were in a newly furbished room which was a plus. Otherwise it had a 3 star feel definately not 4 star, We were disappointed.Standard of dress in dining room for dinner was below par it used to be much better.
