It's an "okay" Hampton Inn; we had just came from San Francisco and had a GREAT stay at the Daly City Hampton Inn. So, we expected similar at Las Vegas. At first, yes that was the case, although the building and rooms are a bit older. But the 2nd day we were out, the cleaning crew did not make the beds, exchange the towels, etc., so we spoke with front desk clerk who said The Manager would call us (never did); the clerk also said they would like to comp us for the room, BUT since we PREPAID WITH ORBITZ, there was nothing they could do. As far as I know, there was no shuttle to the strip or if there was, no one told us about it. There were freshly baked chocolate cookies each night. So, two stars.

The smoking smell is bad on the third floor all the hallway.
