the room was clean and warm. the staff were really friendly, however, we had to pull our bags ourselves to our rooms. because the receptionist was also a bell boy, door man and a conceriage service! good for a couple of nights if you're in transit trip.

The hotel "high tech madrid aeropuerto" was basically ok; The hotel airport shuttle arrived about 50min(!!) after I called, and the restaurant doesn't open before 2030. The advertised network connection was fine (RJ45 cable with dhcp service). They have several german, french and english TV channels. The pricing of the minibar is outrageous!

The location and shuttle bus service were very convenient. The staff were extremely helpful.

This was the worst stay in our 16 day European Vacation....location was horrible to find; staff not very helpful; the food cold at breakfast; the shuttle service was late and inappropriate...too many excuses and not enough service...we almost missed our flights... WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE

everything was nice... only sad part pool only open from noon till 8 pm .. it was very limiting.. but nice pool outside staff were very friendly and great when needed assistance.. has internet for free for users in lobby... and shuttle great free to and from airport.
