The staff was friendly and accomodating. I loved the bath amenities. The downtown location was surprisingly quite. We would definitely return.

The heat didn't work in our room on a cold fall night. Blankets worked great and, otherwise, the hotel was amazing. The concierge staff was extremely helpful. Management compensated us with late checkout for the heat not working which was a great help. Second trip to this hotel....would stay a third time for sure.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Small room w/ a king size bed. Great location w/I walking distance of a t stop, the freedom trail, Quincy market. A very good value from a trusted name.

Location was great! Shopping and many pubs all around you. Hotel restaurant food was very good too. Room was a little bit small, but cozy and clean.
