Hilton Boston Logan Airport Guest Reviews
We checked in late, had a room in the location we had requested, and were treated royally. Since we always request a room with a 'City View' (less noise from the takeoffs and landings), we knew what to expect. The recent decor updates, the in-room services and the bed comfort were very fine. The stand out was the Bell Captain service and the shuttle bus driver Joey. They were so very helpful and full of holiday spirit. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was generously diverse and the food was first rate. We had a perfect stay.

The room was impeccably furnished and very clean, the lobby is beautiful, the staff was incredibly courteous. The location is convenient and the shuttle service is great. My only complaint is that breakfast and wireless internet access were not included with the room, which I would have expected for the price.

Just stayed here for the night as I had an early flight to London the following day. Check in was quick and easy and the room was comfortable. My only gripe is that you have to pay for internet access which is free in many hotels now. However other than that I can't fault the place and the staff were polite and courteous. The free hotel shuttle drops off and collects from the subway for easy access downtown by train which certainly saves on cab fare. All in all this hotel is worth staying at especially for its easy access to the terminals.

Clean, comfortable, Close to airport and subway terminal. Staff was so helpful and courteous! Would definitely stay there again.
