Very difficult to find. Even Satnav had difficulty finding it because the address given didn't work. Plenty of parking though once we did arrive.Staff were excellent-very helpful at Reception, excellent service in the restaurant. Particularly impressed with the friendliness of the restaurant staff and their willingness to go the extra distance to meet my strict diet needs. I cannot eat gluten or dairy but still felt well catered for at dinner and breakfast. Well done to the chefs also on that score! Particularly impressed with the well-prepared breakfasts. Room was very clean and well presented and it was great being on the ground floor with our large heavy suitcases.

Very good rooms but take care not to confuse the "Double Plus" with the "Deluxe Plus" - they are not the same in terms of 'extras' that are included. Ironing board in room but no iron, bit strange. No trouser press which I am used to for business travel.

As for Hilton quality, this hotel simply isn't and well overpriced for what it offers. I view this hotel as standard motel accommodation with no air conditioning, the room was stuffy although a portable fan was provided was not what I expected. The restaurant/ bar area is pleasant, on the whole Ive experienced better from Other hotel.
